PAYMENT MUST BE PAID IN FULL prior to PickUp or Shipping.  This payment includes any applicable shipping costs and Sales Tax where applicable.

We accept Cash, USPS Money Orders, and Certified Checks

    ( Credit Cards will be accepted as soon as our eCommerce Account is Validated ).

Warranty

We give a 30 Day Warranty on Parts included in complete machines.

We also offer  FREE  Tech Support via email for 30 Days.

Defective Items do NOT leave our doors except where specifically noted as “Parts”.

ALL Sales are FINAL, ei. no returns. In the event that a replacement item is offered, we do not pickup return shipment fees nor re-shipment fees.

Shipping & Delivery

ALL machines are FOB Greenville, SC. We offer local delivery for a fee based on mileage and machine count.

Most common carriers have specific packaging requirements. These related expenses are burdened by the recipient. We will wrap & Palletize machines where required at a cost of $50 per machine. We also advise insuring your shipment in case of physical damages incurred during shipment. We will occasionally accept a Pre-Approved Return for a period of no longer than 10 business days from your date of receipt. Any return must be inspected upon return and is subject to a 20% Re-Stocking Fee. We will not burden any shipping fees on returned items.
